Alard Review: Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, EVOO, Dried Sage and Zaatar

Top Mediterranean Diet Reviews | Online Diet Reviews

We tasted Al’ard’s ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL and EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL.  For people searching for healthy, fresh olive oils Al’ard’s brand is a perfect option!! Al’ard also sent us Dried Sage (Merameih) and Dried Thyme (Zaatar). We have one word for these spices: FRESH!!!! Our absolute favorite is the Sage. The fresh smell when you open the bag harkens you back to a quaint Nazarene garden…

We highly recommend trying all of these items.

Now what about the Olive Factor?

Al’ard prides itself on natural, organic olives that help to make the pure extra virgin olive oil. Why is this important? Organic olives are healthier than traditional olives. Organic foods use methods that do not involve pesticides and chemical fertilizers, do not contain genetically modified chemicals, and are not processed with irradiation, industrial solvents or food additives. Since the beginning of time, most foods were organic. In the 1940s, during the “green revolution”, farmers began to modify their crops and use synthetic chemicals. Olive oil is made directly from olives which influence the taste and color of the olive oil (Click here for more info: http://suzyeats.com/the-real-deal-with-olive-oil-why-the-different-tastes/).

Al’ard also combats child labor, promotes better wages for workers, and guarantees a healthy work environment for fields workers and other employees.
