Tuesday Toast with Gourmet Gab: Apple Cinnamon Toast

Below she shares a recipe with us for Apple Cinnamon Toast
While a piece (or two) of multi-grain bread is toasting, cut 1/4″ slices from a clean apple. Once toast is done, spread peanut butter on top and lay apples slices, slightly overlapping.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with a touch of cinnamon.
Ta-dah! How simple was that? Caution: You will want to make another and another. But hey! It’s good for you, so enjoy 🙂
