Oh those olive oils look fantastic! I cook with olive oil everyday, so they would definitely get used up. I’d also like to make my own vinegarette with the oil or even poach a piece of fish in some!

I woud try use it in a healthy cake recipe. I think it would be cool to substitute olive oil for butter 🙂

I would make some epic hummus and fool medames with it and have my friends over for Meatless Monday!

I use Olive oil in just about everything that calls for oil such as frying meats,roasting veggies,Salad dressings, drizzled over Hummus or Zatar flatbread. I even fry eggs in it! Organic is even better! I would probably not give the bottle away, but instead make a friend something wonderful, such as Israeli salad using the Olive oil.

I use olive oil constantly, so I’d use it on everything really, but I might also try to make the eggplant and rice (Makloobet betenjan) dish from the Al’ard website too.

This olive oil will be used in my homemade spaghetti sauce. SPICY HUMMUS! And of course in my vegan orzo soup.
